Pat Nielsen
President/Broker/Regional Property Manager
Pat Nielsen has been in property management for approximately 40 years and has owned Nielsen Property Managers, INC for about 38 years. She specializes in the Downtown/Midtown/East Sacramento area. Furthermore, she owns many properties herself and is an expert in investments. She is successful due to her immense integrity, honesty and hard work she puts into all of her properties whether she owns them or not. She has based her management company on personal attention given to all properties and owners based on the individual needs of each property. She is a remarkable person who really cares about your investment and will go to great lengths to make sure you are getting the results you want out of your investment.
Erica Torrez
Vice President/Regional Property Manager/Broker
Erica has been with the company for approximately 15 years. She started as an on-site manager and doing janitorial work for several properties. At age 18, she worked in the accounting department. Shortly thereafter she obtained her Real Estate license and worked as the Rental Agent. This position along with the years previous groomed her into being Pats assistant and then into being a regional property manager for the company.
Nova Marable
Maintenance Supervisor
Nova has been with the company for 38 years and has been a huge contribution to the success of the company. She started as an on-site manager and then was recruited into the office to assist Pat Nielsen with the many and various needs a new and growing company would need. Nova inputs invoices into the computer system, handles all occupied maintenance issues, processes closing statements and continues to assist Pat with many aspects of the business.
Lorene Reed
Administrative Executive
Lorene, AKA Petie, has been with the company for approximately 20 years. She is responsible for opening and coding all correspondence, filing, communication with our major vendors such as disposal, gardening and waste and assists any and all who need her assistance. In addition to her job duties, Petie adds immeasurable spirit to the company.
Richard Deschenes
Richard has been with the company for approximately 13 years and is one of our on-site managers. He also does janitorial work for several properties and posts notices and memos to our residents when needed.
Paulette Davis
Accounting
Paulette has been with the company for approximately 2 years and comes with an extensive background in A/P, A/R, Payroll and HR in property management. She was hired to assist in the accounting department but due to her dedication, knowledge and 15+ years in accounting, she is now a main principle for the accounting department.
Samantha Brady
Assistant Property Manager
Samantha Brady has been with the company for approximately 2 years and has a real estate license. With several years of working with the public, she has exceptional people skills and true compassion for others. Samantha started as the rental agent for the company and was promoted to an assistant property manager. She is currently assisting Erica with her numerous day to day functions and training to be a regional property manager.
Rachel Tanger
Assistant Property Manager/Accounting
Rachel has been with the company for approximately 1 year and has a real estate license. With her numerous years in accounting, payroll, and HR she was hired to be an assistant to Pat Nielsen. While Rachel’s job duties still include assisting Pat in her numerous day to day functions, her main focus was turned to our accounting department along with running our monthly management reports.
Jean Armstrong
Rental Agent
Jean was hired as our rental agent and is our newest hire. She has a real estate license and comes with numerous years in property management. Jean is responsible for processing all applications, putting together lease packages, updating the web site and above all, getting our units rented!
Nikki Love
Nikki has been with the company for approximately 6 years. She works part time as she is also a mother and a full time student attending a private nursing university. When she is available, she helps assist in all areas of the business.
