Maintenance Personnel
We love our vendors. Many of them have been with our company since the beginning and although they are independent contractors, we consider them family. They come with years of experience in maintenance and customer service. Below is a partial list of our long term vendors.
Peter Buron
Maintenance
Peter has been with the company approximately 28 years and is our head maintenance and plumbing vendor. He originally came to us as a client and a retired fire chief wanting to work on minor maintenance for something to occupy his time. He now works 6+ days per week and handles most of our emergency issues. He provides our owners professional plumbing services at a reasonable price, saving thousands every year.
Gary Service
General Contractor
Gary has been with our company for approximately 35 years and oversees many of our major renovation/construction jobs. He has also been a great mentor and advisor to the property managers and owners in how to handle large projects.
Miguel Vasquez
General Maintenance/Locksmith
Miguel has been with the company for approximately 15 years. He handles a majority of our general maintenance work and oversees all re-keys needed for our properties. He is an absolute sweetheart and blesses us every day with his sunshine personality.
Byron Townsend (Rug Bug)
Byron who owns The Rug Bug has worked with our company for 38 years and started his carpet cleaning service the same year NPM, INC. was started. He and his wife Mary have been wonderful to work with over the years.
