Applying For Housing
How do I Get Started?
You can either start by filling out an application and submitting it to the main office with the application fee or you can start by finding an apartment you want first then submitting the application.
How Much is the Application Fee?
It is $20 for the first application and $10 for each roommate. Each adult over 18 must submit an application.
What do I need to Apply?
When you come to fill out an application, it is best that you have your current and past information ready, 2 to 3 recent pay stubs, your I.D and the application fee in a check or money order.
How Long do You Hold an Apartment?
We will hold an apartment for up to two weeks once the deposit has been paid.
How Long does the Application Process Take?
24 hours is standard. The screening process could take longer with an incomplete application and/or the lack of cooperation from references.
What do I Need to be Approved?
We check your rental history, income and credit. If you are lacking in one area, you must be strong in the other two to be approved. Extremely poor credit and evictions will cause your application to be denied. To find out more about our screening process, download a copy of our Screening Polices.
