We charge a percentage of the gross rent collected on your property depending on size, rent and condition. As an investor herself, our Owner has firsthand experience with all aspects of management and investment.

Management Services

By becoming one of our clients you will receive the following:

  • Computerized statements that are easy to read and understand. Statements are available via email, fax or mail.
  • Complete bill paying and accounting.
  • Through and complete in house resident screening.
  • ACH Collection of rents from residents.
  • Nielsen Property Managers, Inc. provides and pays for a fidelity bond on managers and office personal.
  • Quick turn around on your vacancies. We strive for 3 to 5 business days for routine turns.
  • We handle all phases of maintenance and have seen it all. No job is too big or small. Renovation is our specialty.
  • Evictions are few due to proper screening, but if needed we use an attorney that specializes in evictions and provides quality service at reasonable prices.
  • We act quickly to remove problem residents but also take the time to listen to the needs of our quality residents and try to take care of any concern or need they may have.
  • All maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
  • We do routine inspections of your property and take care of any issues big or small, from unsightly storage by a front door, to dry rot, to a new paint job.
  • Staff that is loyal and dedicated to your property. No matter if it is a fire at 2AM or a toilet that is overflowing into the unit, it will receive immediate attention. Our dedication is unparalleled to other companies in what we offer your resident(s) and you, our client.
  • Assist in shopping for property insurance.
  • Obtain bids for large projects such as roof replacements.
