FAQ Prospective Residents

How do I view apartments?

You may come into our office anytime between the hours of 8:00am and 4:45pm Monday through Friday to check out keys. You may take up to three apartment keys at a time. Please bring a photo identification card and $20 or a credit/debit card for our office to hold while you have the keys out. We will return your cash or card when you return with the keys.

How do I apply for an apartment?

You need to fill out an application and submit it to our office with the application fee. It is helpful if you also include your three most recent paycheck stubs, financial aid paperwork or any other financial proof you have. We do not accept bank statements as proof of income. Once submitted you should receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours. The screening process may take longer with incomplete applications and/or lack of cooperation from references. Please be advised, submitting an application for a unit does not hold it for you. Unless you submit a holding deposit, the apartment is still available for others to rent.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $30 and needs to be in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order. We do not accept cash or credit cards as a form of payment. The application fee is non-refundable.

What are the screening qualifications?

We check credit, income and rental history. Gross monthly income must be three times rent and rental history should reflect little to no late payments and no disturbances. Excessive negative credit, evictions or any collections or money owed to another apartment community or landlord are grounds for an automatic denial. For more information about our screening process, please see our screening policies, which may be found here.
