PROSPECTIVE TENANTS
Self-Tour Available Units
Self-tour units by checking out keys to vacant units. Keys can be checked out from our office anytime between M-F from 10AM-4PM. Three-four sets can be checked out for 90 minute periods.
No appointment is needed. Please have the following ready to view:
- Valid Photo Identification
- Debit/Credit Card (Name must match Photo ID)
- Cards are held as collateral, but not charged.
View In-Person
- Check out keys and self-tour available listings.
- Applicants must view prospective units in-person prior to approval.
Apply Online
- Every adult must submit their own application.
- Required Documentation:
- Valid Photo ID
- Income documentation
Secure Unit
- Once approved, applicants will have 24 hours to secure the unit with a security deposit.
- All move-in charges must be certified funds (cashier's check or money order) only.
Application Process
All applicants 18+ must submit their own application. Applications with multiple applicants will be grouped together. Fee: $35/per.
Required documentation to begin* the screening process:
- Valid Photo ID
- Income Documentation
- Recent earning statements/pay stubs (last three)
- Offer letters accepted for new employment
- Residential History
- Last three residences with landlord contact information
*Applications submitted without the required documentation will be canceled.
