We pride ourselves in keeping your property clean, taking care of all maintenance, having high occupancy through management satisfaction and quick turn around on vacancies.


We stay up to date with the latest real estate laws, resident issues, rental forms and disclosures. We never stop learning how to do things faster, smarter, cheaper and just plain better. We charge a percentage of the gross rent collected on your property depending on size, rent and condition. As an investor herself, our Owner has firsthand experience with all aspects of management and investment.

MARKETING & SCREENING
  • Through and complete in house resident screening.
  • Quick turn around on your vacancies. We strive for 3 to 5 business days for routine turns.
DEDICATED STAFF
  • Staff that is loyal and dedicated to your property. No matter if it is a fire at 2AM or a toilet that is overflowing into the unit, it will receive immediate attention. Our dedication is unparalleled to other companies in what we offer your resident(s) and you, our client.
MAINTENANCE & INSPECTIONS
  • We handle all phases of maintenance and have seen it all. No job is too big or small.
  • Renovation is our specialty. We obtain bids for large projects such as roof replacements.
  • All maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Routine inspections of your property, taking care of any issue, from unsightly storage by a front door, to dry rot, to a new paint job.
LEGAL
  • Nielsen Property Managers, Inc. provides and pays for a fidelity bond on managers and office personal.
  • Assist in shopping for property insurance.
  • Evictions are few due to proper screening, but if needed we use an attorney that specializes in evictions and provides quality service at reasonable prices.
OWNER STATEMENTS & ACCOUNTING
  • Computerized statements that are easy to read and understand. Available via email, fax or mail.
  • Complete bill paying and accounting.
  • ACH Collection of rents from residents.
TENANT RELATIONS
  • We act quickly to remove problem residents but also take the time to listen to the needs of our quality residents and try to take care of any concern or need they may have.
